On the occasion of the National Resilience Day, in line with the United Nations (UN) International Day for Disaster Risk Reduction, Predict worked alongside local authorities to help improve the resilience of territories and their inhabitants by reminding them of the right behaviours to adopt in the face of major risks :
On 13 and 14 October at Ciboure in the Pyrénées Atlantiques, Predict took part in the O! days. These days were an opportunity to improve the risk culture of the general public and to remind them of the right behaviours to adopt.
In Frontignan, Predict was present to take part in the tsunami crisis simulation exercise. This exercise enabled the Hérault prefecture to test the distribution of the FR-ALERT message to the various players.
In the evening, at Saint-Clément de Rivière in Hérault, Predict took part in a public awareness event on major risks.
Predict engineers were also present at the Ain, Aisne and Allier mayors’ fairs on 13 October and at the Isère mayors’ fair on 14 October.
